IMPLEMENTATION OF FRANCHISES

Company Considers Adopting Franchise Operating System in 2009

Wood River, Ill., July 15, 2008 – YTB International, Inc. (OTC BB: YTBLA) (”YTB” or the “Company”), a provider of Internet-based travel booking services for travel agencies and home-based independent representatives in the United States, Bermuda, the Bahamas, and Canada, today announced that the Company is contemplating the replacement of its referring travel agent (”RTA”) business model with the implementation of a franchise operating system, potentially in 2009.  The Company expects that a franchising model, if adopted, would facilitate the Company’s expansion into additional markets by providing more comprehensive training and a new proprietary e-commerce platform.

Details regarding price, product offerings and the conversion plan are all under consideration, but the Company anticipates that its existing RTA base would be treated favorably under its forthcoming proposal.  Scott Tomer, Chief Executive Officer of YTB International, Inc. commented, “We have retained iFranchise of Chicago to consult in the planning and development of the franchise model and are excited about the potential impact on YTB’s business.” If a franchising model is adopted, its distribution is expected to be managed by the current marketing arm of the Company, YourTravelBiz.com, also known as YTB.com

The iFranchise Group, brings decades of experience to franchise development and implementation efforts. Their consultants have worked with over 30 Fortune 2000 companies and with 98 of the world’s top 200 franchisors as rated by Franchise Times magazine. iFranchise has worked with clients such as Blockbuster Video, Ace Hardware, and McDonald’s.

An Open Letter From Delta Airlines

July 11, 2008

I received this letter from Delta airlines yesterday. It’s quite disturbing. Let me know your thoughts. Maybe we can have some dialog about this.

“Our country is facing a possible sharp economic downturn because of skyrocketing oil and fuel prices, but by pulling together, we can all do something to help now.

For airlines, ultra-expensive fuel means thousands of lost jobs and severe reductions in air service to both large and small communities. To the broader economy, oil prices mean slower activity and widespread economic pain. This pain can be alleviated, and that is why we are taking the extraordinary step of writing this joint letter to our customers.

Since high oil prices are partly a response to normal market forces, the nation needs to focus on increased energy supplies and conservation. However, there is another side to this story because normal market forces are being dangerously amplified by poorly regulated market speculation.

Twenty years ago, 21 percent of oil contracts were purchased by speculators who trade oil on paper with no intention of ever taking delivery. Today, oil speculators purchase 66 percent of all oil futures contracts, and that reflects just the transactions that are known. Speculators buy up large amounts of oil and then sell it to each other again and again. A barrel of oil may trade 20-plus times before it is delivered and used; the price goes up with each trade and consumers pick up the final tab. Some market experts estimate that current prices reflect as much as $30 to $60 per barrel in unnecessary speculative costs.

Over seventy years ago, Congress established regulations to control excessive, largely unchecked market speculation and manipulation. However, over the past two decades, these regulatory limits have been weakened or removed. We believe that restoring and enforcing these limits, along with several other modest measures, will provide more disclosure, transparency and sound market oversight. Together, these reforms will help cool the over-heated oil market and permit the economy to prosper.

The nation needs to pull together to reform the oil markets and solve this growing problem.

We need your help. Get more information and contact Congress by visiting www.StopOilSpeculationNow.com ”

Free Cruises…….Everyone Should Cruise

July 9, 2008

Free cruises are a wonderful thing. My wife and I love cruising. We feel that there are lots of reasons for cruising. First of all, you’ll see lots of ports that you woulddn’t have seen and never have to repack you clothes and travel over and over again. You get a good taste of different ports. Second, the meals are unbelieveable. Try about 12 meals a day. Dollar for dollar the bargain is evident. If you were to fly to all these places, it would cost you a mint.

But let’s get back to the “free cruise” scenario. Think it’s not possible? Think again. Click on the link to the left and find out how this is possible. We live in trying times. The economy has taken a fall and people aren’t traveling like they used to. What if you can cruise free and even take a tax deduction? Sound too good to be true. Click here and see more!

What if you can earn money while traveling and receive residual income at the same time? Does this sound appealing to you? It should.

Take a few minutes out of your day and investigate the above links. Let me know what you think of this idea that my wife and I entered. After investigating this opportunity, hopefully you’ll understand why we did this.

Everyone either travels, or wishes they could travel. Well, if you travel, why not earn the commissions on that travel instead of giving it to Orbitz, Travelocity, HowWire, etc.

Isn’t it making even more sense now? Drop me a line and give me your feedback. I have an open mind, as well as being a business person for most of my 60 years of life on this earth.

TraVerus Travel and me !

June 30, 2008

I’ve been around for a long time, and like you, I’ve had my ups and downs in life. I’ve tried so many opportunities over the years until I came across TraVerus. My thoughts are that almost everyone has traveled some time or another during their lifetime. Wouldn’t it be nice to save money on your own bookings instead of having another company (travel agent) make the money?

It all made sense to me. So I invested in the TraVerus opportunity. I’m still very new at this opportunity, but I see the potential. My wife and I love to cruise. We’ve cruised most of Europe and the Carribean as well.

When I think of all the money we’ve spent on these trips, I also think abou the money I could have made on the commissions. Not to mention the tax benefits of these trips as well.

Visit my site www.travelforever.info and get a taste of the opportunity and how much money can be earned.

Please write back info@travelforever.info to me and give your feedback about your thoughts about this opportunity, good and bad.

Thanks,

Dave
